ORDERING

Orders may be placed with Arabah® at any time. To place an order with us please select all the items that you require and place them in your shopping cart and then proceed to check out. Please make sure all details are correct before proceeding as we will not be responsible for items sent to the wrong address. You may then choose a payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your listed email address following check out.

Arabah® currently accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Diner’s Club. We also accept direct deposit into our bank account, cheque or money orders. Cheques or money orders are to be made out to “ARABAH” and are subject to clearance.

PRICING

All prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

POSTAGE

All orders will be shipped by Australia Post. You may request another carrier, however, charges will apply. Postage prices for massage tables are in addition to the postage of massage oils etc as they are coming from a separate location and are unable to be shipped together. Express post and registered post available on request (charges apply). We recommend registering your parcel as Arabah® will not be liable for lost parcels with any carrier.

SHIPPING

All items will are shipped within two working days of an approved order being received.

OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock (occasionally can happen) you will be contacted and you may request a refund if the item will not be in stock within 5 working days.

POLICIES

ARABAH® will not refund if you change your mind. However, we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note if there is a genuine fault with an item within 7 days of receiving the item. You must contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving the order and notify us of the fault. We will let you know the best way to send the item back to our office and cover postage costs. Once the item has been received we will ship the new item FREE OF CHARGE.

ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All clearance items will not be refunded at all. Items will only be available while stocks last.
